We had a wonderful 4 night stay here before heading onto Argentina. Reaching out to the hotel prior we organised to have early access to our room, after a long flight this was so appreciated. Very welcoming, beautifully dressed, professional & friendly staff looked after us with absolute precision. We particularly loved the breakfast service which was a sort of al la carte “buffet” delivered to each table, set in a decorated luxurious dinning room.. it reminded us of a Turkish breakfast with all the little plates of delicious offerings. We tipped the breakfast staff each day (& our housekeeper) who made us feel right at home and if nothing was too much trouble. We also really appreciated the turndown service each evening. Most certainly a proud and deserving member of the Leading Hotels of the World group. Next time we’d make sure we upgrade the room type.. we had the base room which was comfortable but likely worth the extra for a larger space with more natural light. A very nice rooftop bar with excellent views of a mountain & outstanding, well kept gym adds to the offering. We’d happily visit again to visit the hotel & team who felt a little like friends/ family by the end of our stay.
Wow! We had a great stay at Singular Santiago. The location was near a cool neighborhood with many tasty restaurants nearby and not far from the airport. The staff members were awesome. Issues were resolved immediately. They were so helpful and happy to help. Food and drinks in the hotel were good as well. The gym was serviceable. Pool was nice. Price was fair. I would stay there again without a doubt.
My husband and I had the best two nights at the Singular in Santiago. We had a beautiful room with the most comfortable bed. The hotel itself is in the greatest neighborhood for walking all around Santiago. It’s especially wonderful if you love art. We ended up falling in love with a piece of art from an artist on the street adjacent to the hotel that we ended up shipping back to the US. I have to say I don’t know how we would’ve gotten that process done on our last night in Santiago if it weren’t for Martin and the concierge team at The Singular. We were unaware when purchasing the art of the process it takes to get art out of the country. But the concierge team really took that over for us at the last minute and took all our stress away over it. Additionally, We had a bit of difficulty with a communication barrier with the artist, and we were endlessly grateful that the hotel staff agreed to help us negotiate the art sale. Talk about extra ordinary customer service. Not to be skipped over is the breakfast at the hotel. The space and service and food are all a lovely way start to the day. The restaurant on the roof was definitely our favorite part though. Easily the best pisco sours we had in the entire country made by Nestor, their extra talented bartender. We dream of those pisco sours still haha. The food was also absolutely delicious. The hotel staff is also wonderful at helping you plan activities for your time in Santiago. We are planning a second trip to both Chile and Argentina next year and we plan to stay at The Singular again for our time in between cities.
We enjoyed this gem in the Lastarria area of Santiago. The staff works hard to make everything easy for you from check in to check out (Martin was particularly helpful). The room was large with everything that you need, including bottles of water. The elevators (9 floors) are modern and surprisingly quick. One improvement: The bathroom mirror and shower need better lighting. We really liked the rooftop bar and restaurant. They had over a dozen intriguing hand-crafted cocktails. We paired our drinks with the charcuterie board. It’s hard to top great drinks, good food, and attentive service with a view of the Andes and the city. Make sure you let them know that you are a hotel guest when requesting a table. For breakfast, you have 3 options for receiving the same food (the menu is rather basic, but it works). Option 1 is the self serve buffet in a separate room with drink service (best option if time is short). Option 2 is table service inside a well decorated room, and Option 3 is the same table service outside in a courtyard. The gym was located in the bottom of the property. It’s a good size for a hotel. It had 2 True Ellipticals, 2 True Bikes, and 2 True Treadmills along with a True stretch unit. In addition, it had light dumbbells up to 10Kg and a Paramount universal machine. I also found yoga mats, a boxing bag and some exercise balls. It was enough to put together a good workout in a comfortable setting. Finally, it’s open 24/7.
We had such a great stay at the Singular. No complaints at all. The breakfast was great every morning, fresh. Have to give a shout out to my main man Martin, concierge. He came through for us BIG when Hertz tried to rip us off on our car rental. He got us all sorted out in 24 hours. Its truly that kind of above and beyond service that leaves a memorable impression. Cant thank him enough
